Authority" remix on the EP, along with a wicked remix from Chicago based producer,
Gabriel Palomo (Zuvuya recordings).  Kobe has recorded as San Paulo with Chriss

Zimmer. He also plays in an electro, break-beat band called Pharmacy of Sound

pumps with all the audio elements of techno, and electro, twisted percussion and a

straight jackin' club track for techno lovers. Palomo's "Robo mix" finishes the record

with a driving, dark electro-tinged mix with robot design.

Diverse styles and exciting collaborations set the backdrop for the new Elephanthaus single. Curio, a pair of techno producers hailing from Denver drops their debut release entitled "Sway". The duo started on the scene as tag-team DJ's in 1998 and have joined forces this time to create an explosive track, "Sway". Tightly programmed percussion fuel the haunting synth stabs, which thrust the track into late night electronic rapture. Label head Tim Baker adds a funkier touch to the track with his sultry congas, and devious piano melody, trickling Latin inspired tech-house undercurrents throughout the remix. The B-side features techno original Bryan Zentz return to the label. Bryan lays down a mesmerizing remix with a monstrous subsonic bass line that is propelled by a potently beautiful synth melody. HD Substance and D'wachman have been pumping out top shelf techno in Spain for several years. Their remix of "Sway" sets a hypnotic tone, filling the airwaves with crisp, melodic keyboards and a warped analog bass that simply jams the box.

Tim Baker - Relics

purchase now

Tim Baker 's new album of lost tracks compiled, remixed and remastered entitled "Relics" will be featured as a digital only release. A crusader in the international DJ circuit, Tim has lead a remarkable musical journey since releasing his first production ever in the 1990's. In the years to follow, Tim dropped several EP's and a couple of albums on various influential labels. Baker's career has been one of the most audacious of recent times and there is something strangely magical about the way he nurtures an assortment of styles and retains the true essence of the genre whilst still blasting out his own sinister, distorted perspective on sound. The lost recordings of Baker are finally resurfacing and launching themselves into deep space.
